Terms of Use

Mindful Repetitions is licensed, not sold, under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement — the same terms that apply to most apps distributed on the App Store.

There is no separate agreement to accept. Zen Abbondanza LLC has not written custom terms for this app, because the standard agreement already describes the relationship accurately: there are no accounts, no servers operated by the developer, no content shared between users, and no practice or usage data sent to the developer through the app. How your information is handled is set out in the Privacy Policy.

Purchases and cancellation

All payments are handled by Apple, under your Apple Account and the App Store's own terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and can be cancelled at any time in Settings on your device. Refunds are issued by Apple, not by the developer — requests go through reportaproblem.apple.com.

Buying One-Time Unlock while a subscription is active does not cancel that subscription, and unused subscription time is not refunded automatically. If you want the subscription to stop, cancel it separately through Apple.
